Tests Pass, But Your App Is Screaming

All 10 API tests pass. Green checkmarks everywhere. But during those tests, the app logged 47 "connection pool exhausted" errors. Nobody noticed. PilotRelease notices. It reads the runtime logs, correlates with test execution, and tells you: "Test passed but the app is unhealthy."
